How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
We are a buisiness at the end of the day and have to pay our over heads and staff. Life happens and appointment may need to be canceled but if you can help it 48 hours tends be allow us to fill the slot and not lose out.
Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
No. We provide all of our own specialist cleaning products. If there are specific products or equipment that you want us to use, let us know at the time of booking and we will try to accommodate your needs.
Do you clean windows?
We work closely with several window cleaning providers dependant on areas we can get this
How often should I clean my oven?
You'll know when it needs a deep clean but generally we say that you should deep clean your oven every 8-12 months to keep it in full working condition and avoid a nasty build up of heavy burnt on carbon, grease and grime. Your also be able to see through the door!!
How often should I clean my carpets?
It depends how heavily they are used. If your carpet is in a high footfall/traffic area such as hallway or living room, you may want to maintain them and keep ontop of the clean. Soils and debris caught up in carpets can actually degrade your carpets quicker.
Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Brighton and cover Brighton, Hove, Shoreham and Worthing to the West to Lewes and Newhaven in the East. We also cover Mid Sussex including Hassocks, Hurstpierpoint, Henfield, Steyning, Burgess Hill, Cuckfield, Haywards Heath, Uckfield and East Grinstead. We accept all types of card payment once the job is completed to your satisfaction. We also accept cash or BACs payment - just let us know how you'd like to pay upon booking.
We don't have any set rules but ideally we like our customers to cancel any bookings with 24 hours notice.
Customer satisfaction is everything to us ; we do so much business on the back of recommendations from happy clients and we don't want that to change! If you're not happy with any aspect of our service, please let us know - we don't bite!
